Liftn Stitchn is a family owned and operated upholstery business specialising in gym equipment upholstery and minor repairs. We are Adelaide’s biggest sole gym upholstery service and offer fast, competitive, and professional year round service.


We repair all your equipment on site with same day turnaround so you're not left with equipment out of order and unhappy members.


We deliver quality service from small jobs to whole club refits. From Whyalla, Victor Harbor to Murray Bridge, we got you covered!

pad replacment





When pads becomes unrecoverable due to poor foam quality we can offer a full or partial pad replacement.



Upholstery made to fit





We sew all new upholstery to fit leaving you with a factory feel finish or we can customise to your specifications.



Grips and handles





We can replace small rubber grips on both Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment.



Bike seats & foot straps





We stock bike seats and offer full replacements at the same cost of recovering. Bike foot straps are also carried if you need a replacment on spin bikes.



Rowing & Ski Erg trainers





We service a wide range of parts on Concept rowing and SkiErgs machines including pulleys, bungees, and foot straps.



Life Fitness weight pins





We stock Life Fitness weight selector pins and bench selector knobs. These parts fail frequently so be sure to check when booking your upholstery.
